Tumwater is in Washington, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Tumwater follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Very disappointed. Rush job, not detail oriented. More focused on hurry up and make money as opposed to paying attention to getting it right. Capable staff doesn't have a chance when the owner buts in and blows his cool. A real hot head. Extreme Auto Spa was a great honest business. The current business sucks. Won't be around long. After Michelle's reply; I didn't get a chance to call you back today I will call you first thing tomorrow morning. Most companies have definitely not yours would be and should be willing to explain the situation prior to the customer showing up paying his bill being told toodaloo here's your keys and considered on his way. After looking at the truck myself and coming back in once again it seems if you hadn't finished the project the way it had been intended to be done wouldn't you have been better off to call or even on an outside chance go out and beyond and explain it to the customer when they arrived and paid for it? I'm having a hard time believing this is the way you run a business I think you weren't even aware of the situation frankly and I think the shop guys pulled a fast one on you. When I spoke to the shop guys before even talking to you, the

We had a Patriot bedliner installed this week and everything was super easy! Their price is fair and everyone is so nice and helpful. The whole process was done in 3-4 hours and it looks amazing.

Dishonest and un-Safe installation. OVS Expedition Cap was installed so badly, someone could have died on day 1. A shop that would create such a hazard should be illegal, regardless of their workplace drama. She seemed really nice, honest and helpful over the phone and we were happy before we arrived, and happy to shop small and didnโt make them compete for our business. She gave us a verbal estimate. We ordered the cap as she requested and that was that. I guess we are suckers, because she blindsided us in the parking lot; the actual quote is now higher, she smirked, since we never got it in writing, before ordering the parts. She was technically correct about never having agreed to a quote in writing, they had my parts on the floor already, so I wasnโt happy with the surprise hostility (from every employee, towards everyone else), but I soon signed the paperwork. It was irritating, but not the end of our world, and would have been like a 3 star warning. After all, our only concern was that this 250lb steel cap is installed SAFELY. It was not. But, it is only because of me that this cap won't be the end of someone else's world on the highway. The pictures: You can see

Took one of my work vehicles there as recommended since I have an ARE canopy that needed new locks. They replaced the auto locks and they worked great for a year or so, then they started acting up until one didnโt unlock at all. Took it in and the couldnโt fix it and just drilled out the lock. Other locks worked again at least.. then they didnโt and I had to drill them out myself. We spoke about manual locks which I told them to order up and letโs get them installed. Months later I havenโt heard a thing come to find out they never ordered them.. Can't reply to their reply, so editing to reply. Over the phone your rep said they would get ordered up, I needed them asap, I (used to at least) store thousands of dollars of tools and material in the truck and have been unable to because of you guys. I really wanted it to work out, even after paying easily over a $1000 for the new auto locks. But you guys just consistently placed the blame on the canopy manufacturer, I don't care. I'll glad pay another deal for a canopy that works properly and has better customer care and service.

I got a spray-in bedliner done here. I've always had Line-X previously, and one of my concerns was if they'd remove tie downs, trailer plugs, or other accessories before spraying. Additionally, I wasn't sure if this new liner would compare well with my previous experiences. After calling them and getting everything explained, including options and a quote e-mailed, I felt confident they'd do it right the first time. When I picked up my truck, I was impressed. They'd clearly prepped my truck well, and the lines are perfect. All applicable hardware was removed and reinstalled without issue. The quality is top-notch, and I have a life-time warranty. In short, I was not disappointed, and heartily recommend Extreme Auto Outfitters to anyone looking for a spray-in liner.
